He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Conceptdigital, a company that specializes in digital solutions. He earned his engineering degree from the prestigious University of Cambridge, and has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors. Tengiz has worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, a Simulation Modeller at Ford Motor Company and as Deputy CIO & Head of Agile at Bank of Georgia Group PLC. Furthermore, Tengiz Meskhi won the nomination for Forbes 30 under 30 in the technology category in 2020. His diverse set of skills and experiences make him well-suited to lead Conceptdigital in its mission to provide cutting-edge digital solutions.

Ioane Chikovani is an experienced specialist in both finance and business, as well as the Co-Founder/Chief Operating Officer of Conceptdigital. He earned his Accounting & Finance degree from the University of Sussex and since then he was involved in the growth of multiple companies in various industries. Previously, he was an Account Partner at Payze (YC S21), Stripe for former Soviet Union countries, and Deputy Director at Schirnhofer Georgia, a nationwide supermarket chain.

Alistair McMaster is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Conceptdigital. An expert in artificial intelligence, computer science, and finance, he has a broad range of experience. He studied physical sciences at the University of Cambridge and has experience working in investment banking at Goldman Sachs as a quantitative strategist and data scientist. He also has expertise in sales technology and FX trading as a software developer. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer at Hippo Labs, a London-based tech startup that aids GP practices in operating more successfully and efficiently.
